The Fix the Leaky Pipeline! program will start a 4th run of the peer mentoring program in spring 2022.

In peer mentoring, researchers who are nearly at the same stage of their careers (peers) constitute themselves as group and take a proactive attitude to share their knowledge and experiences, with occasional support from senior mentors. The goal is to empower and support participants to actively develop their careers in academia or towards industry and to establish adequate networks. In the FLP peer-mentoring scheme, peer groups are asked to constitute themselves ahead of the application. For their activities, peer groups can apply for up to CHF 5000.- financial support for the duration of one year.

Applications for the FLP peer-mentoring can be submitted until 29 April 2022. More information can be found here.

You can also find out about the goals & topics from peer groups from the previous run and watch testimonials from two previous peer mentoring participants.
