CCMX-MARVEL Materials Science Day 2019
Oct 08, 2019, from 9:00 until 17:30, Welle 7, BernNCCR MARVEL and CCMX, the Competence Centre for Materials Science and Technology, are co-organizing their third Materials Science Day where both experimental and modeling approaches will be addressed. The morning will be dedicated to MARVEL projects related to Materials for Energy, including modeling and first experimental validation. During the afternoon, we will present progress with ongoing CCMX Materials Challenges. Participants from industry and academia are welcome to discover new projects, make new contacts and initiate collaborations.

MARVEL Review and Retreat 2019

The event will gather all MARVEL members, group leaders as well as postdocs and students. On Thursday, all projects will be presented for evaluation by the MARVEL Scientific Advisory Board, with a poster session being held during lunch and in the evening. On Friday, the morning will be devoted to the presentation of the Open Science Platform and the HPC platform.

2019 Summer camp for high-school students

Half of the seats are reserved for young women.

AiiDA tutorial — May 2019
